产教融合视域下高技能测绘人才培养研究与实践

Research and Practice of Training High Skilled Surveying and Mapping Talents in the Perspective of Integration of Industry and Education

高技能专业人才是国家发展的重要战略资源,高技能测绘人才是国家测绘地理产业发展的最活跃的元素和支撑。在研究河南省高技能人才对产业结构转型升级影响的基础上,依托产业学院,以测绘地理信息类专业群为切入点,探索校企合作、产教融合背景下的人才培养模式改革,对接产业链、创新链调整专业群内专业结构、优化专业群课程体系、创新人才培养模式和评价机制,以校企合作共赢为基础,构建紧密对接产业链、创新链的专业群体系。解决测绘类专业传统人才培养方式的瓶颈,适应现代测绘地理信息行业对人才的发展需求,培养新时代测绘地理信息产业需要的技能型和知识技能型高技能人才。深化职教供给侧改革的同时,为学校创新发展、提高教育质量、实现内涵提升提供借鉴。

Highly skilled professionals are important strategic resources for national development,and high skilled mapping talents are the most active element and support for the development of mapping and geographic industry in China.Based on the study of the impact of highly skilled talents in Henan Province on the transformation and upgrading of the industrial structure,this paper,relying on the industrial college,takes the professional group of mapping and geographic information as the entry point,and explores the reform of talent training mode under the background of school-enterprise cooperation and integration of industry-education,connects the industrial and innovation chain,adjusts the major structure within the major group,optimizes the curriculum system of the major group,innovates the talent training mode and evaluation mechanism,and based on win-win cooperation between universities and enterprises builds a major group system closely linked to the industrial and innovation chain.In this paper the bottleneck problem of the traditional talent training mode for surveying and mapping majors is solved,adapting to the development needs of modern surveying and mapping geographic information industry for talents and training skilled and knowledgeable high-skilled talents needed by the surveying and mapping geographic information industry in the new era.This paper provides references for the innovative development of schools,improving the quality of education and achieving internal improvement while deepening the supply-side reform of vocational education.
