新文科背景下地方高校经管类专业建设的系统思考 被引量:4

Systematic Thinking on the Construction of Economics and Management Specialty in Local Colleges Under the Background of New Liberal Arts

摘要 随着新文科的全面启动,中国高等教育进入了全面提质创新的新时代,对地方高校经管类专业建设提出了新的要求。新文科在专业人才供给与需求关系、人才培养内涵以及专业建设驱动力等方面,都发生了新的变化。相应地,新经管专业的建设成为一个系统联动的工程。基于此,文章从专业建设思路、建设抓手、建设路径三个层面上,对地方高校经管类专业建设展开研究,提出要聚焦新文科建设内涵,立足于地方产业转型升级与创新需求,结合经管学科专业特点,在人才培养理念、产教融合与专创融合机制、课程体系、专业集群发展战略以及师资队伍建设方面实施有效的创新。 With the comprehensive launch of new liberal arts,Chinese higher education has entered a new era of quality improvement and innovation,which has put forward new requirements for the construction of economics and management majors in local colleges and universities.The new liberal arts has undergone new changes in the relationship between the supply and demand for professional talents,the connotation of talent training and the driving force of major construction.Accordingly,the construction of the new economic and management major has become a systematic linked project.Based on this,this paper studies the construction of economics and management majors in local colleges and universities from the perspectives of major construction thought,starting point and path.It is proposed to focus on the connotation of the construction of new liberal arts,based on the needs of local industrial transformation and upgrading and innovation,combined with the characteristics of economic management disciplines and majors,and implement effective innovation in the aspects of talent training concept,industry-education integration and specialized innovation integration mechanism,curriculum system,major group development strategy and teacher team construction.
