益气开窍汤联合rt-PA对缺血性脑卒中患者血脂及同型半胱氨酸水平的影响 被引量:7

Effect of Yiqi Kaiqiao Decoction combined with rt-PA on blood lipids and homocysteine levels in patients with ischemic stroke

摘要 目的观察益气开窍汤联合重组人组织型纤溶酶原激活物(rt-PA)对缺血性脑卒中(IS)血脂和同型半胱氨酸(Hcy)水平的影响。方法将我院90例IS患者随机分为观察组与对照组各45例。对照组采用rt-PA治疗,观察组在rt-PA基础上联合益气开窍汤治疗,比较两组疗效,治疗前后甘油三酯(TG)、总胆固醇(TC)、低密度脂蛋白胆固醇(LDL-C)、高密度脂蛋白胆固醇(HDL-C)、Hcy、血浆神经肽Y(NPY)水平。结果治疗后,观察组总有效率显著高于对照组(P<0.05);两组TG、TC、LDL-C、Hcy、NPY水平均降低,HDL-C水平升高,观察组TG、TC、LDL-C、Hcy、NPY水平低于对照组,HDL-C水平高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论益气开窍汤联合rt-PA治疗IS疗效肯定,能显著降低患者血脂、Hcy、NPY水平,临床价值较高。 Objective To observe the effect of Yiqi Kaiqiao Decoction combined with recombinant human tissue plasminogen activator(rt-PA)on blood lipids and homocysteine(Hcy)in patients with ischemic stroke(IS).Methods Ninety IS patients were randomly divided into observation group and control group.Control group was treated with rt-PA,and observation group was treated with Yiqi Kaiqiao Decoction on the basis of control group.The clinical effects of the two groups,triglycerides(TG),total cholesterol(TC),low density lipoprotein cholesterol(LDL-C),high-density lipoprotein cholesterol(HDL-C),Hcy,plasma neuropeptide Y(NPY)were compared before and after treatment.Results After treatment,the total effective rate of observation group was significantly higher than that of control group(P<0.05);TG,TC,LDL-C,Hcy,and NPY decreased in both groups,and were lower in observation group than control group,HDL-C increased,and was higher in observation group than control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Yiqi Kaiqiao Decoction combined with rt-PA has a positive effect in treatment of IS.It can significantly reduce blood lipids,Hcy and NPY,and has high clinical value.
