摘要
目的观察益母草颗粒联合麦角新碱对子宫肌瘤剔除术史产妇产后出血的影响。方法将我院收治的98例既往行子宫肌瘤剔除术产妇随机分观察组与对照组各49例,对照组采用麦角新碱治疗,观察组采用益母草颗粒联合麦角新碱治疗。比较两组临床有效率,产后第1天、第7天宫底高度和三径之和,纤维蛋白原(FIB)值、活化部分凝血酶原时间(APTT)值、凝血酶原时间(PT)值,产后出血量和产后恶露持续时间。结果治疗后,观察组有效率高于对照组(P<0.05);产后第7天,两组宫底高度、三径之和低于产后第1天,观察组宫底高度、三径之和均低于对照组(P<0.05);两组FIB值、APTT值、PT值均下降,但观察组FIB值较对照组增多,APTT值、PT值较对照组下降(P<0.05);观察组产后出血量、产后恶露持续时间均少于对照组(P<0.05)。结论益母草颗粒联合麦角新碱应用于子宫肌瘤剔除术史产妇,能促进子宫复旧,改善凝血功能,减少产后出血,促进机体恢复。
Objective To observe the effect of Yimucao Granules combined with ergometrine on postpartum hemorrhage in lying-in women with history of myomectomy.Methods A total of 98 lying-in women who had undergone myomectomy were randomly divided into observation group and control group,49 cases each.Control group was treated with ergometrine,while observation group was treated with Yimucao Granules on the basis of control group.The effective rate,the fundal height and the sum of three diameters,fibrinogen(FIB)value,activated partial prothrombin time(APTT)value,prothrombin time(PT)value,the amount of postpartum hemorrhage and duration of postpartum lochia were compared between the two groups.Results The effective rate of observation group was higher than that of control group(P<0.05);on the 7th postpartum day,the fundal height and the sum of three diameters in both groups were lower than those on the Ist postpartum day,and the fundal height and the sum of three diameters in observation group were lower than those in control group(P<0.05);compared with control group,the FIB value of observation group increased,and the APTT value and PT value decreased compared with control group(P<0.05);the amount of postpartum hemorrhage and duration of postpartum lochia in observation group were lower than those in control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Yimucao Granules combined with ergometrine can promote uterine involution,improve blood coagulation function,reduce postpartum hemorrhage,and promote body recovery in lying-in women with history of myomectomy.
