中草药有效提取物抑制肝细胞癌机制的研究进展

Research progress on the hepatocellular carcinoma inhibition of Chinese herbal compounds

肝细胞癌(HCC)是常见的恶性肿瘤之一,其发病率呈逐年上升趋势,且病死率极高,严重威胁人类健康。目前,虽然抗肿瘤活性药物可在一定程度上延长患者生存期,但尚未取得理想的临床效果。而中草药有效提取物凭借其毒性小、多靶点等特性在肿瘤预防、治疗及复发等方面发挥着积极作用。本文检索近10年国内外相关文献,对中草药有效提取物抑制HCC的机制研究进展进行综述,以期为中草药有效提取物的临床应用提供一定的理论依据。

Hepatocellular carcinoma is one of the most common malignant tumors.Its incidence rate is increasing year by year and mortality is increasingly high,which seriously threatens human health.At present,although anti-tumor drugs can prolong the survival of patients to a certain extent,they have not achieved ideal clinical effect.Chinese herbal compounds play an active role in tumor prevention,treatment and recurrence due to their low toxicity and multi-target characteristics.In this paper,we searched the relevant literature at home and abroad in recent ten years to review the research progress of the mechanism of Chinese herbal compounds inhibiting hepatocellular carcinoma,in order to provide a theoretical basis for the clinical application of it.
