高职院校高水平社会服务人才的培养探赜——以武汉民政职业学院基层社会治理与服务专业群为例

Exploration of the Cultivation of High Level Social Service Talents in Higher Vocational Colleges——Taking the Professional Group of Grassroots Social Governance and Service of Wuhan Civil Affairs Vocational College as an Example

高职院校应积极更新教育理念,聚焦基层社会治理创新与服务领域对跨界型技术技能人才的需求,对接关键岗位群,整合优化专业布局,开展基层社会治理与服务专业群建设。武汉民政职业学院通过创新完善人才培养模式、建设共享性课程教学资源等八个举措,以“政行企校专生”六方联动建设等七项保障,为学生提供个性化、多样化成长路径,培养能够提供“基层社会治理创新与服务问题一体化解决方案”的高水平社会服务人才。

Higher vocational colleges should actively update their educational concepts,focus on the demand for cross-border technical and skilled talents in the field of grassroots social governance innovation and service,connect key job groups,integrate and optimize the professional layout,and carry out the construction of grassroots social governance and service professional groups.Wuhan social work polytechnic provides students with personalized and diversified growth paths through eight initiatives,including innovation and improvement of talent cultivation models,construction of shared curriculum teaching resources,and seven safeguards,including the six-way linkage construction of"government,business,school,and college students",to cultivate high-level social service talents capable of providing"integrated solutions to grassroots social governance innovation and service issues.".
