基于新时期思政建设的高校医学生思想政治教育刍探

医患关系紧张、医疗纠纷增多已成为我国医疗事业发展过程中面临的核心问题,相关调查分析发现很大一部分医疗纠纷是医务人员不良的服务态度引起的,由此可知医疗事业发展与医护人员思想道德品质密切相关。作为培养医务人员摇篮的医学高校必须重视对课程思政的建设,明确医学生课程思政具体内容,分析课程思政建设过程中面临的问题,通过对相关机制的建立、医疗案例的应用等方式完善思政教育体系,达成培养学生人文思想、职业道德的目标。

The tense doctor-patient relationship and the increase in medical disputes have become the core issues faced in the development of China's medical industry.Relevant investigations and analysis have found that a large part of medical disputes are caused by the poor service attitude of medical personnel,indicating that the development of medical industry is closely related to the ideological and moral qualities of medical staff.As the cradle of cultivating medical personnel,medical universities must attach importance to the construction of ideological and political courses,clarify the specific content of ideological and political courses for medical students,analyze the problems faced in the process of ideological and political construction,and improve the ideological and political education system through the establishment of relevant mechanisms and the application of medical case,in order to achieve the goal of cultivating students'humanistic thinking and professional ethics.
