思想政治理论课是高校的重要基础课程之一,其在人才培养过程中发挥着不可替代的作用,也是完成“立德树人”教育根本任务的重要抓手。新时代视角下,高校思政理论课应对文化内核做深入讨论,基于教学资源利用进行课堂教学设计和课堂教学组织,并加强社会主义核心价值观教育,强调思政教育的渠道拓展,加强互联网法治宣传,优化思想政治理论课教学方式,全面提升教师的综合素养,从而提升思想政治理论课教学实效。

The course of ideological and political theory is one of the important basic courses in universities,playing an irreplaceable role in the process of talent cultivation,and also an important lever to complete the fundamental task of"foster character and civic virtue"education.From the perspective of the new era,ideological and political theory courses in universities should conduct in-depth discussions on the cultural core,design and organize classroom teaching based on the utilization of teaching resources,strengthen education on socialist core values,emphasize the expansion of channels for ideological and political education,strengthen internet legal publicity,optimize the teaching methods of ideological and political theory courses,comprehensively improve teachers'comprehensive literacy,and thus enhance the effectiveness of ideological and political theory course teaching.
