新时代,为完成立德树人教育根本任务,高校应重视教师在教育教学中的作用,不断提升教师教学水平和专业素养,以培养更多高素质的人才。针对师德师风失范、缺乏坚定理想信念、教学能力不足、教学理念落后、重理论轻实践,缺乏实践教学经历等问题,高校应完善师德师风考评制度,健全教师教学能力提升培训制度,促进教师实现自我反思,优化教学行为,创新校企合作运行模式,以提升教学质量。

In the new era,in order to achieve the fundamental task of moral education and talent cultivation,universities should attach importance to the role of teachers in education and teaching,continuously improve their teaching level and professional literacy,and cultivate more high-quality talents.In response to the problems of teacher ethics,lack of firm ideals and beliefs,insufficient teaching ability,outdated teaching concepts,emphasis on theory over practice,and lack of practical teaching experience,universities should improve the evaluation system of teacher ethics,improve the training system for improving teacher teaching ability,promote teachers to reflect on themselves,optimize teaching behavior,innovate the mode of school enterprise cooperation,and improve teaching quality.
