国有企业加强境外廉洁合规建设探究

Study on SOE Strengthening Integrity and Compliance for Overseas Operation

近年来,国有企业“走出去”步伐不断加快,面对错综复杂的国际环境带来的新风险新挑战,以及构建国内国际“双循环”新发展格局要求,加强境外廉洁合规建设,对国有企业防范化解重大风险、推动境外业务高质量发展意义重大。文章总结某国有企业加强境外机构廉洁风险管理实践经验,提出加强境外廉洁合规建设的对策措施,为相关企业开展境外业务与廉洁管理提供借鉴。

The state-owned enterprises have been expanding their overseas business rapidly in recent years.To face complicated international situations and meet demands of the"dual circulation"development pattern,strengthening integrity and compliance in overseas operation have great significance for the state-owned enterprises to mitigate legal risks and to manage healthy international businesses.This paper summarizes the practices of a state-owned enterprise in strengthening integrity risk management during the course of managing its overseas offices and proposes the related strategies and solutions,providing reference for relevant enterprises to carry out overseas business and integrity management.
