摘要
开发高效、可持续的分离技术是新形势下染料废水处理的重要课题。针对化学表面活性剂易造成二次污染和生物表面活性剂成本较高的问题,从农业副产品—紫苏饼粕中提取蛋白质作为起泡剂和捕收剂,相应开发了一种绿色、高效的泡沫浮选技术来处理结晶紫(CV)废水。首先研究了紫苏饼粕蛋白(PSMP)对浮选CV过程中的稳泡和捕收性能,其次构筑了一种新型“简谐波形”的浮选塔构件(SHMI)。研究结果表明在PSMP质量浓度为200 mg·L^(-1)、p H为10.0、添加SHMI和表观气速200 mL·min^(-1)的条件下,CV去除率和富集比分别高达(94.3±0.5)%和28.5±1.1。该技术为处理染料废水提供了一个新方法。
It is important to develop efficient and sustainable separation technologies for dye wastewater treatment.A natural protein was extracted from agricultural by-product perilla seed meal and used as the frother and collector to solve problems of secondary pollution caused by chemical surfactants and high cost of biological surfactants.A green and efficient foam flotation technology was developed to treat crystal violet(CV)wastewater.Foam stability and collection properties of PSM protein(PSMP)in the process of CV flotation were studied,and a new“simple harmonic motion internal”(SHMI)was then constructed.The results show that under the conditions of PSMP concentration 200 mg·L^(-1),pH value 10.0,SHMI addition and superficial gas velocity 200 mL·min^(-1),the enrichment ratio and recovery percentage of CV reached(94.3±0.5)%and 28.5±1.1,respectively.This technology provides a new method for treating dye wastewater.
