丹参花果期抗旱性鉴定及抗旱指标筛选 被引量:2

Identification of Drought Resistance and Screening of Drought Resistant Indexes of Salvia miltiorrhiza in Flowering and Fruiting Stage

摘要 为了探究适宜的丹参抗旱性评价方法,筛选花果期抗旱性强的丹参栽培类型,试验以4个丹参栽培类型为材料,设置正常灌水和干旱胁迫2个处理进行田间试验,测定13个抗旱相关农艺性状,采用抗旱性度量值(D值)、主成分分析、理想解法(TOPSIS)、隶属函数分析和逐步回归分析相结合的方法,对丹参花果期进行抗旱性鉴定及抗旱指标筛选。主成分分析结果表明,提取出的前2个综合指标可代表86.714%的原始数据信息,联合隶属函数法得出抗旱性度量值(D值),根据D值大小可知,4个栽培类型的抗旱性大小排序为豫丹参VA>豫丹参VD>豫丹参VC>豫丹参VB,这与TOPSIS法分析得出的抗旱性结果基本一致。逐步回归分析通过建立最优回归方程,筛选出花枝数、主根粗、主根长3个对丹参耐旱性有影响的指标。各指标的抗旱系数与D值进行相关性分析可知,D值与主根粗极显著相关,与花序长和主根长相关性较强,因此,主根粗、花序长、主根长这3个指标是丹参耐旱性鉴定的重要指标。综上,D值和TOPSIS法为丹参花果期适宜的抗旱性鉴定方法;花序长、花枝数、主根粗、主根长可作为丹参花果期抗旱性的鉴定指标;筛选出花果期抗旱性强的丹参栽培类型为豫丹参VA。 To explore the suitable evaluation method of drought resistance of Salvia miltiorrhiza and screen the cultivation types of Salvia miltiorrhiza with strong drought resistance in flowering and fruiting stage,in this study,four cultivation types of Salvia miltiorrhiza were used as the materials.Two treatments of normal irrigation and drought stress were set up for field experiments.13 agronomic traits related to drought resistance were measured.The methods of drought resistance measurement(D value),principal component analysis,TOPSIS analysis,membership function analysis,and stepwise regression analysis were used for identification of drought resistance and screening of drought resistant indexes of Salvia miltiorrhiza in the flowering and fruiting stage.The principal component analysis showed that the first two comprehensive indexes extracted could represent 86.714%of the original data information,and the drought resistance measurement(D value)could be obtained combining membership function method.According to D value,it could be seen that the order of drought resistance of the four cultivation types was Yudanshen VA>Yudanshen VD>Yudanshen VC>Yudanshen VB.This was basically consistent with the drought resistance results obtained by the TOPSIS analysis.The results of stepwise regression analysis showed that by establishing the optimal regression analysis,three indexes affecting the drought resistance of Salvia miltiorrhiza,such as the number of flowering branches,taproot diameter,and taproot length,were selected.The correlation analysis between the drought resistance coefficient of each index and D value showed that the D value was significantly correlated with the taproot diameter,and strongly correlated with number of flowering branches and the taproot length.Therefore,the three indexes were the important indexes for the identification of drought resistance of Salvia miltiorrhiza.In conclusion,the D value and TOPSIS analysis were the suitable drought resistance identification method in the flowering and fruiting stage.Inflorescence length,number of flowering branches,taproot diameter,and taproot length could be used as the identification index of drought resistance of Salvia miltiorrhiza in the flowering and fruiting stage.Yudanshen VA was the cultivation type of Salvia miltiorrhiza with strong drought resistance screened in the flowering and fruiting stage.
