Administrative law enforcement is an important means of comprehensively governing the country according to law.The theory of strict,standardized,fair and civilized law enforcement has experienced a four-step evolution process of “enforcement of laws must be strict”-“strict law enforcement”-“strict,standardized,fair and civilized law enforcement”-“comprehensive strict,standardized,fair and civilized law enforcement”,which has unique era value.The core meaning of comprehensively promoting strict,standardized,fair and civilized law enforcement should be systematically analyzed from the core concepts of “law enforcement”,“comprehensively”,and “strict,standardized,fair and civilized ”.On the new journey of building a socialist modern country in an all-round way,under the guidance of Xi Jinping's thought of rule of law,we should thoroughly implement the important deployment of the report of the 20th National Congress of the Communist Party of China,adhere to the political orientation of administrative law enforcement,adhere to the fundamental position of taking the people as the center,constantly deepen the reform of the administrative law enforcement system,improve the supervision system and mechanism of administrative law enforcement,and comprehensively promote strict,standardized,fair and civilized law enforcement.
