绿色采购是可持续发展观在采购领域的延伸。在“碳达峰、碳中和”双碳目标全面实施的情况下,国家对企业绿色采购提出了更高的要求。电网企业作为实现“双碳”目标的排头兵,推动采购环节绿色创新转型升级是大势所趋。文章以电网企业实施绿色采购为重点,对绿色采购的内涵、面临的现实问题进行了分析与思考,从采购标准、采购行为、供应商管理三个方面提出绿色采购的发展建议,以期为电网企业的绿色采购管理提供借鉴。

Green procurement is an extension of the concept of sustainable development in the field of procurement.With the full implementation of carbon peak and carbon neutrality,China has put forward higher requirements for green procurement of enterprises.As the vanguard of achieving the“dual carbon goals”,it is the general trend for power grid enterprises to promote green innovation and upgrading in the procurement process.The paper focuses on the implementation of green procurement by power grid enterprises.It analyzes the connotation and practical problems of green procurement,and puts forward green procurement development suggestions from three aspects:procurement standards,procurement behaviors and supplier management.The paper hopes to provide reference for the procurement management of power grid enterprises.
