摘要
智能物流管理被誉为企业的“第三利益源”,智能物流可简要概括为货物由供应方向需求方实现智能转移的过程,主要涉及多项基础物流活动,例如智能包装、智能运输、智能配送、智能仓储以及智能装卸等。随着经济全球化发展和现代科学技术的发展,现代物流的增速提效已在全球范围内成为企业降本增效、提高竞争力的重要手段之一。然而,就当前物流管理的现状而言,我国绝大多数物流企业仍在沿用传统管理手段,且对“第三利益源”及协同竞争理念缺乏正确认知。现代智能物流的长远发展有赖于高效、精确且安全的数据采集及传播手段。物联网技术兼具以上功能,有助于推动物流管理向智能化、信息化、自动化发展,实现物流功能一体化,进而对物流服务各环节的运作起到极大的推动作用。因此,在智能物流管理中应用物联网极具现实意义,务必需要相关物流企业高度重视,以此为基础,文章着力分析了物联网在智能物流中的应用策略。
Intelligent logistics management is known as the“third source of benefits”for enterprises.Intelligent logistics can be briefly summarized as the process of intelligent transfer of goods from the supply to the demand,involving a number of basic logistics activities,such as intelligent packaging,intelligent transportation,intelligent delivery,intelligent storage,and intelligent handling,etc.With the globalization of the economy and the development of modern science and technology,the modern logistics model has become one of the important means of reducing costs and increasing competitiveness for enterprises worldwide.However,most logistics enterprises in China still use traditional management methods and lack understanding about the“third source of benefits”and the concept of collaborative competition.The development of modern intelligent logistics depends on the efficient,accurate and safe collection and transmission of data,which the Internet of Things(IoT)technology can provide.IoT helps promote the process of intelligent,informational,and automated management in logistics management,and integrates logistics functions,thereby greatly promoting the operation of all aspects of logistics services.Therefore,the application of the IoT in intelligent logistics management is of great practical significance and must be highly valued by relevant logistics enterprises.Based on this,this paper focuses on the analysis of IoT application strategies in intelligent logistics.
