物流企业股权激励实施效果研究——以SF控股为例

摘要 股权激励作为一种长期激励制度,它可以赋予员工一定股份,让他们在公司的发展中拥有更多所有权,从而和公司建立起利益共同体,激发员工的工作积极性,为公司创造价值,实现公司长效稳定的发展。文章以SF控股作为案例研究对象,SF控股作为我国快递业的领军企业,至今已经执行了两个股权激励方案,其执行成效的实证分析是很有代表性的。文章采用案例研究,首先介绍了SF控股的两期股权激励计划,然后通过对比分析,运用一系列财务指标和非财务指标研究分析股权激励的效果,最后给出结论和建议。 Equity incentive,as a long-term incentive system,can give employees certain shares and give them more ownership in the development and operation of the company,thus establishing a community of interest with the company and motivating employees to work,creating value for the company and achieving long-term and stable development goals of the company.This paper takes SF Holding as the case study object.As the leading enterprise in China,s express delivery industry,SF Holding has implemented two equity incentive programs so far,and the empirical analysis of its implementation effectiveness is very representative.This paper adopts the case study to firstly introduce the two equity incentive programs of SF Holding,then uses a series of financial and non-financial indicators to study and analyze the equity incentive effect through comparative analysis,and finally gives the conclusion and recommendation.
