小型企业跨境电商物流优化策略

On the Cross-Border E-Commerce Logistics Optimization Strategy for Small Enterprises

互联网与外贸的结合促进跨境电商的快速发展,跨境电商物流也因跨境电商的发展而兴起。然而,多年来小型企业在跨境电商物流中间环节的运作中产生的成本一直居高不下。对于跨境电商物流模式的选择,文章采用案例研究法和协同过滤法,针对目前主要消费品出口物流模式的优劣势和存在的主要问题进行了分析;文章在对小型企业内外部环境的分析和评价中,提出了科学的物流协调机制和出口物流新模式。该研究的意义在于针对目前跨境电商物流发展主要的制约因素,规划出最适合我国跨境电商物流发展的模式,在一定程度上促进了跨境电商物流的发展,启发外贸企业转型,更好地促进跨境电商物流的健康有序发展和出口物流模式的优化选择。

The combination of the Internet and foreign trade has promoted the rapid development of cross-border e-commerce,and cross-border e-commerce logistics has also emerged as a result of the development of cross-border e-commerce.However,the costs incurred by small enterprises in the operation of logistics intermediate links have been high for many years.For the selection of cross-border e-commerce logistics model,this paper adopts the case study method and collaborative filtering method to analyze the advantages,disadvantages and main problems of the current major consumer goods export logistics models.In the analysis and evaluation of the internal and external environment of small enterprises,a scientific logistics coordination mechanism and a new model of export logistics are proposed.The significance of this study is to plan the most suitable model for the development of cross-border e-commerce logistics in China in view of the main constraints to the current development of cross-border e-commerce logistics,which promotes the development of cross-border e-commerce to a certain extent.Business-related research in the field of logistics inspires the transformation of foreign trade enterprises to better promote the healthy and orderly development of cross-border e-commerce and the optimal choice of export logistics model.
