社区物流与社区养老协同发展的路径研究

Research on the Path of Coordinated Development of Community Logistics and Community Pension

当前,我国人口老龄化不断加剧,老年群体占比越来越大,生活在社区的老年人离不开社区物流。文章基于社区养老问题,分析其现状并指出其存在的问题,包括物流服务质量不高、工作人员专业化程度低、物流配送体系不成熟以及物流信息化程度低等,据此探析了社区物流与社区养老协同发展的路径,将完善物流配送体系、加强物流信息化、从高校和物流企业两个层面培养针对老年群体的物流服务人才。

Currently,aging population and the proportion of elderly groups is growing larger and larger in our country;the old people living in community can,t leave community logistics.Based on community pension,this paper analyzes the current situation of community logistics and points out its existing problems,including the low quality of logistics service,the low degree of specialization of staff,the immature logistics distribution system and the low degree of logistics informatization.Based on this,it analyzes the path of the coordinated development of community logistics and community pension.We should improve the logistics distribution system,enhance logistics informatization,and train logistics service talents for the aged from the two levels of universities and logistics enterprises.
