Research on the System Construction and Resource Allocation of Food Regional Logistics Supply Chain

中国进入了新的发展阶段,对食品安全、运输、配送等问题的要求越来越高,需要建立起一套符合人们日常生活需要的完整物流供应链体系。从经济成本、运输安全、物流效益等方面来看,食品区域物流是非常重要且值得研究的问题。文章从我国食品区域物流现状出发,分析了其存在的不足之处,并提出了食品区域物流体系建设的思路和策略,为我国食品区域物流供应链体系的构建提供参考。

China has entered a new stage of development,with higher and higher requirements for food safety,transportation,distribution and other issues.It is necessary to establish a complete logistics supply chain system that meets the needs of people,s daily life.From the perspective of economic cost,transportation safety,logistics efficiency and other aspects,food regional logistics is very important and worth studying.Based on the current situation of China,s food regional logistics,this paper analyzes its shortcomings,and puts forward the ideas and strategies for the construction of food regional logistics system,providing reference for the construction of China,s food regional logistics supply chain system.
