The paper briefly expounds the theoretical support for the cultivation of innovative and entrepreneurial talents in modern logistics management specialty,and introduces the necessity of the reform of talent cultivation mode in the current era.This paper makes a detailed analysis of the innovative path of modern logistics management professional innovation and entrepreneurship talent training mode based on school-enterprise collaboration from the aspects of building modular curriculum system,building training bases inside and outside the school,actively implementing courses on the ideological and political dimension,and building a double-qualified faculty team,aiming at providing reference for relevant researchers and industry development.
