新工科背景下交通运输类专业教师兼任班主任研究

Research on the Teacher of Transportation Specialty Concurrently Serving as Head Teacher Under New Engineering Background

随着我国进入新工科建设时期,新时期的交通运输类专业人才培养面临着新挑战。为了培养具有创新能力的新型智慧交通人才,文章提出了交通运输类专业教师兼职班主任的模式,构建“基础+应用+工程实践”的培养体系,确立“四位一体”的成果导向实践方案;并提供了武汉科技大学汽车与交通工程学院交通运输类本科生的培养成效。研究新工科背景下交通运输类专业教师兼职班主任的人才培养模式,有利于培养面向未来的新型智慧交通人才,促进该模式在新工科相关专业的实施。

As China enters the period of new engineering construction,the training of transportation professionals is facing new challenges.In order to cultivate new intelligent transportation talents with innovation ability,this paper puts forward the mode of part-time head teacher of transportation specialty teachers,constructs the training system of“basic+application+engineering practice”,and establishes the“four-in-one model”result-oriented practice scheme.It provides the training effect of transportation undergraduates in the School of Automobile and Transportation Engineering of Wuhan University of Science and Technology.Studying the talent training mode of part-time head teachers in transportation specialty under the background of new engineering is conducive to cultivating new intelligent transportation talents for the future,and promote the implementation of this model in new engineering related majors.
