The rapid development of economy and the acceleration of the pace of urban construction will inevitably involve the renewal and transformation of cities.Through the example of the comprehensive transformation of the old factory,the difficulties and key points in the comprehensive transformation project were analyzed,the traditional context and the functional positioning of the park were followed,the environmental quality and image of the park were improved,to provide the useful reference for similar projects.
