为了提高纺织行业的自动化、智能化水平,将物联网、大数据以及5G等先进技术相结合,以实现纺织工业资源化、智能化和信息化。通过分析纺织行业的发展现状和趋势,探讨了物联网、大数据以及5G在传统纺织产业转型中的重要地位。提出在智能化、信息化及自动化大环境的驱动下,智慧纺织工业大脑大数据平台设计的必要性。详细介绍了智慧纺织大脑平台实现从配棉到整个纺织生产链协同优化的横向集成,8大功能层、6项业务层与10大端口层3个路径的纵向集成以及数据共享、协同管理及高效服务的端到端集成的架构,并详细说明本平台的主要功能及应用。
In order to improve the automation and intelligence level of the textile industry,advanced technologies such as the Internet of Things,big data,and the 5G are combined to achieve the resource utilization,intelligentization and informationalization for textile industry.By analyzing the development status and trends,the important position of advanced technologies such as the Internet of Things,big data,and the 5G era in the transformation of traditional industries was explored.Driven by the environment of intelligence,informatization and automation,the necessity of the design of a big data platform for the brain of the smart textile industry was proposed.The horizontal integration of intelligent textile industry brain platform to achieve the collaborative optimization from intelligent cotton blending to entire textile production chain,and the vertical integration of three paths including eight functional layers,six business layers and ten port layers,as well as the end-to-end integration architecture of data sharing,collaborative management and efficient services were elaborated.The main functions and application of the platform were explained in detail.
