共享理念下的老旧社区公共空间更新优化策略

Optimization strategy of update on public space of old community based on sharing concept

基于“共享”理念,针对福州市苍霞社区的更新与活力唤醒提出优化设计策略。通过闲置资源的整合,扩大社区的可活动面积,并通过积极的引导,提高居民的认同感与归属感,使其积极参与社区更新的建设规划及后期的运营维护,为今后老旧社区的更新与活力唤醒提供一定的实践参考。

Based on the sharing concept,an optimized design strategy for the update and vitality awakening of the Cangxia community in Fuzhou was proposed.Through the integration of idle resources,the active area of the community was expanded.Through active guidance,the sense of identity and belonging of residents improved,making them actively participate in the construction plan of the community update,and in the later operation and maintenance,to provide a certain practice reference for the future old communities update and activity awakening.
