摘要
扫描电镜属于大型贵重且精密仪器,是检测和分析材料必不可少的表征工具。将扫描电镜的工作原理、仪器结构、测试方法和结果分析与虚拟仿真技术相结合,开发出配套的虚拟仿真实训教学系统,并引入到高校理工科创新型人才培养的过程中,在锻炼学生的自主学习能力、培养科研兴趣与素养以及提高创新思维能力和实践能力方面发挥了积极作用,同时也促进了大型仪器设备的开放共享。
Scanning electron microscope(SEM)is a valuable and precise large-scale instrument,which is an indispensable characterization tool for material detection and analysis.Combining working principle,instrument structure,test method,and result analysis of SEM with virtual simulation technology,a virtual simulation experiment teaching system is successfully developed,which has been applied into the innovative talents training of science and engineering in universities.The system not only plays an active role in the cultivation of autonomous learning ability,cultivating scientific research quality,creative thinking ability and practical ability for university students,but also promotes the opening and sharing of large-scale instruments and equipment.
