摘要
跨学科综合设计能力是工科学生必备的基本素养,也是工程教育认证的基本要求。围绕基础力学实验课程学生创新设计能力如何培养问题,开发了适用于培养学生解决工程问题能力的新型电阻应变式传感器研制实践教学案例。该文对电阻应变式传感器结构设计的基本流程、优化、标定等技术及案例实施过程进行了详细的阐述。从实际的教学效果看,该案例融合了工程背景、力学基础理论和数值计算等多学科知识,实施过程不仅能强化学生对基础力学知识的理解和综合应用,还能提升学生的实验设计能力,培养学生的科学思维和工程意识。
The interdisciplinary comprehensive design ability is the essential basic accomplishment of engineering students,and also the basic requirement of engineering education certification.Focusing on how to cultivate students’innovative design ability in the basic mechanics experiment course,a new type of practice teaching case of resistance strain sensor suitable for cultivating students’ability to solve engineering problems has been developed.In this paper,the basic process,optimization,calibration and case implementation of the structural design of the resistance strain sensor are described in detail.From the actual teaching effect,the case integrates multidisciplinary knowledge such as engineering background,basic mechanics theory and numerical calculation.The implementation process can not only strengthen students’understanding and comprehensive application of basic mechanics knowledge,but also improve students’experimental design ability,and cultivate students’scientific thinking and engineering awareness.
