高校实验技术队伍分类统筹年度考核指标体系建设

Construction of the Annual Assessment Index System for the Classification and Overall Planning of Experimental Technical Teams in Colleges and Universities

针对当前高校实验技术队伍建设存在的问题,以实验技术队伍分类统筹年度考核工作为切入点,结合学校工作实际情况,以“按岗考核、职责导向、民主评议、强化绩效”为原则,建立以教学型实验技术人员年度考核指标体系、科研型实验技术人员年度考核指标体系、平台型实验技术人员年度考核指标体系为基础的高校实验技术队伍分类统筹年度考核体系,并开展相应实践,取得一定成效。

In view of the problems existing in the construction of the experimental technology team in colleges and universities at present,taking the classification and overall planning of the annual assessment of the experimental technology team as the starting point,combining with the actual situation of the school,and taking“assessment by post,responsibility orientation,democratic evaluation and strengthening performance”as the principle,the annual assessment system for the classification and overall planning of experimental technicians in colleges and universities has been established,which is based on the annual assessment index system of teaching-type experimental technicians,annual assessment index system of scientific research-type experimental technicians,annual assessment index system of platform-type experimental technicians,the annual assessment system of experimental technicians in colleges and universities has been classified and coordinated.The corresponding practice has been carried out,and certain results have been achieved.
