动物史视角下的宋代社会屠牛现象研究——从《夷坚志》“泰宁牛梦”故事谈起

Study on the Phenomenon of Cattle Slaughter in Song Dynasty Society from the Perspective of Animal History:Starting from the Story of“Taining Cow Dream”in Yi Jian Zhi

从动物史的角度观察宋代社会中的屠牛现象,可探讨牛在宋代社会政治秩序、文化秩序、宗教秩序中的多面形象。从《夷坚志》“泰宁牛梦”故事出发,结合《夷坚志》中相关故事,能够发现宋代官方耕牛屠宰政策的具体实施情况、宋人生活中的屠牛食牛之风以及宋代民间杀牛祭祀的风俗文化。同时,通过分析宋代地方官员面对民间屠牛行为时的应对方式可以发现,宋代地方政府灵活教化民众的政治文化。

From the perspective of animal history,the phenomenon of cattle slaughter in Song Dynasty society can be observed,and the multi-faceted image of cattle in the social and political order,cultural order and religious order of the Song Dynasty can be explored.Starting from the story of“Taining Cow Dream”in Yijian Zhi,and combining with the relevant stories in Yijian Zhi,it is possible to find the specific implementation of the official cattle slaughtering policy of the Song Dynasty,the style of slaughtering cattle and eating cattle in the life of the Song people,and the customs and culture of the Song Dynasty folk cattle slaughtering sacrifice.At the same time,by analyzing the response of local officials in the Song Dynasty to the face of private cattle slaughter,it can be found that the local government of the Song Dynasty flexibly indoctrinated the political culture of the people.Thus,from the perspective of animal history,there is a richer understanding of the social culture and local social operation mode of the Song Dynasty.
