新中国成立初期,国家确立了优先发展重工业的社会主义工业化发展战略,快速推动了工业化的进程,并且初步奠定了工业化的基础。在此背景下,1949-1965年,安徽省积极探索工业化发展道路,大力进行工业化建设。1949年,安徽省解放后,其凭借稳定的社会政治环境、优良的地理条件和丰富的矿产资源等有利因素,在国家社会主义工业化发展战略与安徽省各级政府的有力推动下,结合苏联的援助、上海工厂的内迁与学习上海工业先进生产经验等外部助力,从而实现了工业化起步。

In the early days of the founding of New China,the state established a socialist industrialization development strategy that prioritized the development of heavy industry,rapidly promoted the process of industrialization,and laid a preliminary foundation for industrialization.In this context,from 1949 to 1965,Anhui actively explored the development path of industrialization and vigorously carried out industrialization construction.After the liberation of Anhui in 1949,relying on favorable factors such as stable social and political environment,excellent geographical conditions and abundant mineral resources,under the strong promotion of the national socialist industrialization development strategy and the strong promotion of governments at all levels in Anhui,combined with the assistance of the Soviet Union,the Shanghai factory The internal relocation of the company and the learning of Shanghai's advanced industrial production experience and other external assistance,thus realizing the start of industrialization.
