摘要
随着人工智能的发展和普及,越来越多的就业岗位被人工智能技术产物所代替。高职院校毕业生如何提高就业优势和竞争力是当前迫切需要解决的问题之一。从人工智能对于就业影响的领域、影响的受众两个角度展开探讨,总结出三种人工智能给高职院校毕业生就业带来的负面影响,并给出相应的改革对策,如教育变革、培养信息化思维能力、开发多元智能和培养创造力等,以期提高高职院校毕业生的自身素质,牢牢把握就业主动权和选择权。
With the development and popularization of artificial intelligence,more and more jobs have been replaced by the products of artificial intelligence technology.How to improve the employment advantage and competitiveness of graduates of higher vocational colleges is one of the urgent problems to be solved.Exploring from the perspectives of the fields and audiences of artificial intelligence's impact on employment,this paper summarizes the negative impacts of three types of artificial intelligence on the employment of vocational college graduates,and provides corresponding reform strategies,such as educational reform,cultivating information thinking ability,developing multiple intelligences,and cultivating creativity,in order to improve the self quality of vocational college graduates and firmly grasp the initiative and choice of employment.
