在新职教法背景下中高职协同发展实践与探索——以遵义职院中高“1+5”协同为例

摘要 遵义职业技术学院以新《职业教育法》为政策依据,积极落实教育部要求,在遵义本地调研遴选5所中职院校进行中高协同联合培养。以专业建设为引领,优化专业布局和结构,中职、高职校与合作企业共同制订专业人才培养方案,重构课程体系,进行一体化设计,优化课程内容,形成可延续与科学的系统培养模式。统筹现有实训基地建设,实现实训基地共建共用,探索以1所高职联合5所中职的中高职专业-人才培养模式-课程-实训一体化“1+5”协同模式。在提高人才培养质量的基础上,为贵州省职业教育提供可操作、可借鉴、可复制的实践路径。 Zunyi Vocational and Technical College takes the new Vocational Education Law as the policy basis,actively implements the requirements of the Ministry of Education and explores the connection between secondary and higher vocational education systems.The college selects five secondary vocational colleges in Zunyi region to conduct the collaborative joint training program.The collaborative model takes major-establishement as its core,focuses on optimizing majors layout and structure,and produces sustainable,scientific and systematic training modes.The talent training plans of the majors are formulated through joint efforts of secondary vocational schools,higher vocational college as well as cooperative enterprises by means of reconstructing curriculum system,applying integrated design and optimizing curriculum contents.In addition,the collge coordinates the existing traninng bases,and applies the principle of joint construction and sharing to these newly-built ones.The program explores the“1+5”collaborative model which integrates the majors of secondary and higher vocational education systems,talent training modes,curriculum,and practical training.The study of present program aims to improve the quality of talent training,and provide a feasible and practical path for vocational education in Guizhou Province.
