生产黄腐酸复合肥的试验研究

Test Study on Producting Fulvic Acid Compound Fertilizer

通过研究在复合肥中添加固体、液体黄腐酸对黄腐酸复合肥产品成粒、外观及颗粒结块性能的影响,进而探讨生产黄腐酸复合肥的可行性试验研究,并优化得出最佳工艺操作条件,制备黄腐酸复合肥,加入固体黄腐酸的关键控制要求:黄腐酸原料细度≥200目;加入液体黄腐酸的关键控制要求:液体黄腐酸原料含水量70%~95%。为提升黄腐酸复合肥的质量提供技术依据。

The effect of compound fertilizer adding solid fulvic acid and liquid fulvic acid on the granulation,appearance and particle caking performance were studied to know the feasibility of production and favorite process conditions to prepare fulvic acid compound fertilizer.The result showed that the key points of adding solid fulvic acid were control the fineness of fulvic acid raw material≥200 mesh and 70%~95%moisture content of raw material of liquid fulvic acid.The technical basis was provided for improving the quality of fulvic acid compound fertilizer.
