桑杲教授认为儿童注意力缺陷与多动障碍(ADHD)与心、肝、脾、肾相关,病机特点多为本虚标实,其本在于脾肾两虚,常累及气、血、津、液。基于“和稳论”,桑教授从和稳脏腑、和稳气血津液等角度入手,临床选用地白止动方加减治疗本病,疗效确切。附案例1则,以资验证。

According to professor SANG Gao,attention deficit and hyperactivity disorder(ADHD)in children is related to the heart,liver,spleen and kidney,and the pathogenesis is characterized by asthenia in origin and asthenia in superficiality.Its origin lies in the deficiency of both the spleen and the kidneys,often involving qi,blood,fluid and liquid.Based on the"theory of harmony and stability",Professor SANG has used modified Dibai Zhidong Fang(地白止动方)to treat this disease from the perspective of harmonising and stabilising the internal organs,qi,blood fluid and liquid,with definite results.One case is attached for verification.
