摘要
皮肤光老化是由于皮肤暴露在紫外线之下而形成的慢性损伤,患者长期受强烈日光照射,可出现良、恶性肿瘤,危害健康。Citespace是一款各研究领域常用的文献可视化分析软件,该软件可针对已发表的相关领域文献,通过对作者、机构以及关键词的分析,直观展现该领域研究发展趋势及相关研究热点。目前,有关皮肤光老化的相关研究众多,但研究较为分散,研究趋势及热点并不明朗,缺乏对未来研究方向的有效指导。该研究利用文献可视化分析软件直观地探讨研究领域近10年的发展趋势及研究热点,发现当前该领域相关研究热点为发生机制及防治手段,但其研究还较为表面,研究者之间缺少相互合作,未来应加强研究的深度及广度,利用光老化相应临床模型对疾病的发生机制加以研究,构建统一诊断标准,为各防治效果的验证提供科学依据。
Skin photoaging is a chronic damage caused by skin exposure to ultraviolet rays.Excessive exposure to strong sunlight can cause tumors and endanger human′s health.Citespace is a commonly used literature visualization analysis software in various research fields,which can visually display the research trends and related research hotspots in this field through the analysis of authors,institutions and keywords for published relevant field literature.At present,there are many related studies on skin photoaging,but the research is relatively scattered,unclear on the subject of research trends and hotspots,and there is a lack of effective guidance for future research directions.The study uses literature visualization analysis software to intuitively explore the development trend and research hotspots in the research field in the past 10 years,and found that the current relevant research hotspots in this field are the mechanism and prevention methods.However,its research is still relatively less,and there is a lack of mutual cooperation between researchers.More deep research should be strengthened in the future,and the corresponding clinical model of photoaging can be used to study the pathogenesis,providing a unified diagnostic standard and scientific basis for the verification of prevention and treatment effects.
