红蓝光联合阿达帕林凝胶治疗痤疮的Meta分析

A Meta-Analysis of Red and Blue Light Combined with Adapaline Gel in the Treatment of Acne

目的利用Meta分析评价红蓝光联合阿达帕林凝胶治疗痤疮的临床有效性和安全性。方法检索Cochrane Library、Pubmed数据库、中国生物医学文献数据库、CNKI(China national knowledge infrastructure)数据库、维普数据库、万方数据库,纳入红蓝光联合阿达帕林凝胶治疗痤疮的随机对照治疗(randomized controlled trial,RCT),并进行方法学质量评价,采用RevMan5.4软件进行统计分析,进行亚组分析及发表偏倚评估。结果16篇RCT文献纳入本项研究,累计病例1847例。Meta分析结果显示,红蓝光联合阿达帕林凝胶治疗痤疮总有效率(RR=1.15,95%CI:1.08~1.22,P<0.0001)、痊愈(RR=1.62,95%CI:1.44~1.85,P<0.00001)、显效(RR=1.22,95%CI:1.08~1.37,P=0.001)、有效(RR=0.57,95%CI:0.48~0.69,P<0.00001)效果明显优于单纯使用红蓝光或者阿达帕林凝胶组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论红蓝光联合阿达帕林凝胶治疗痤疮疗效确切,且优于单纯使用红蓝光或者阿达帕林凝胶组,是光电联合药物治疗痤疮的有效方法。

Objective To observe the clinical efficacy and safety of red and blue light combined with adaparin gel in the treatment of acne by Meta-analysis.Methods We retrieved the Cochrane Library,Pubmed database,Chinese biomedical literature database,the database of China national knowledge infrastructure(CNKI),VIP database,Wanfang database.The randomized controlled trial(RCT)of red and blue light combined with adapalene gel in the treatment of acne was included,and the methodological quality was evaluated.RevMan5.4 software was used for statistical analysis,to assess the subgroup analysis and publication bias.Results Sixteen RCTS were included in this study,with a total of 1847 cases.The results of Meta-analysis showed that the total effective rate(RR=1.15,95%CI:1.08-1.22,P<0.0001),cure rate(RR=1.62,95%CI:1.44-1.85,P<0.00001)and significant effect(RR=1.22,95%CI:1.08-1.37,P=0.001)and effective(RR=0.57,95%CI:0.48-0.69,P<0.00001)of red and blue light combined with adapaline gel in the treatment of acne were significantly better than those of red and blue light alone or adapaline gel group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Red and blue light combined with adapaline gel is effective in the treatment of acne,which is better than the use of red and blue light alone or adapaline gel group.It is an effective method of photoelectric combined with drugs in the treatment of acne.
