摘要
梅毒是由梅毒螺旋体引起的性传播疾病,可造成全身多脏器损害。梅毒螺旋体致病机制涉及暴露、黏附/定植、侵袭/感染、播散等过程。在这些过程中梅毒螺旋体与宿主细胞存在长期的相互作用,病原体本身及其相关蛋白的致病性与宿主的免疫防御间的平衡在相互作用中扮演重要角色。本文就梅毒螺旋体及其相关蛋白与不同宿主细胞相互作用的研究进展综述如下。
Syphilis is a sexually transmitted disease caused by Treponema pallidum subspecies pallidum(T.Pallidum),which can cause multi-system damage.The pathogenic mechanism of T.Pallidum involves the process of exposure,adhesion/colonization,invasion/infection,and dissemination.During this process,T.Pallidum has a long-term interaction with host cells.The balance between the pathogenicity of the pathogen itself and its associated proteins and the host′s immune defense plays a significant role in the interaction.In this review,we summarized the research progress in the interaction of T.Pallidum and its related proteins with different host cells as follows.
