十堰市居民慢性病健康素养水平及影响因素分析

Analysis on health literacy of chronic diseases and its influencing factors in residents of Shiyan City

目的调查十堰市农村居民慢性病健康素养现状,分析相关影响因素,为制定干预措施提供参考依据。方法2021年9月—2022年1月,采用分层多阶段随机抽样法随机抽取十堰市309名慢性病患者,使用《慢性病病人健康素养调查量表》进行问卷调查,采用描述性、单因素以及多元线性回归法对慢性病居民健康素养水平及影响因素进行分析。结果十堰市309名农村居民慢性病健康素养水平得分为(84.30±18.82)分,慢性病健康素养4个维度中交流互动能力得分率最高(71.38%),经济支持意愿得分率最低(65.30%)。文化程度、家庭人均年收入是居民慢性病健康素养的影响因素(均P<0.05)。结论十堰市农村居民慢性病健康素养水平偏低,应把低收入、低文化程度的慢性病居民作为优先干预人群,以提高农村居民的慢性病健康素养水平。

Objective To investigate the status of chronic disease health literacy among rural residents in Shiyan City,analyze the related influencing factors,so as to provide reference for the formulation of intervention measures.Methods From September 2021 to January 2022,a stratified multi-stage random sampling method was used to randomly select 309 patients with chronic diseases in Shiyan City.The questionnaire investigation was carried out by the survey scale of health literacy of patients with chronic diseases.The descriptive,single factor and multiple linear regression methods were used to analyze the health literacy level and influencing factors of residents with chronic diseases.Results The score of chronic disease health literacy of 309 rural residents in Shiyan City was(84.30±18.82)points.Among the four dimensions of chronic disease health literacy,the scoring rate of communication and interaction ability was the highest(71.38%),and the scoring rate of economic support willingness was the lowest(65.30%).The education level and per capita annual income of households were the influencing factors of chronic disease health literacy of residents(P<0.05).Conclusion The chronic disease health literacy level of rural residents in Shiyan City is low,so low-income and low-educated residents with chronic disease should be considered as the priority intervention group to improve the chronic disease health literacy level of rural residents.
