摘要
目前,高压开关柜的设计逐渐小型化和封闭化,成本不断降低,但在实际使用过程中,众多问题层出不穷,其中以温升超标最为普遍。高压开关柜的实际温升超标会使得柜内的绝缘部件的使用寿命减少,降低绝缘水平,严重的温升超标还会使得高压开关柜内部出现短路等故障。文章针对不同型号的高压开关柜实际升温超标的案例,分析实际温升超标的原因并提出相关的应对策略,旨在提升高压开关柜的综合电气性能和供配电可靠性。
At present,the design of high voltage switch cabinet is gradually miniaturized and closed,and the cost is constantly reduced,but in the actual use process,many problems emerge in endlessly,among which the temperature rise exceeds the standard is the most common.The actual temperature rise of the high voltage switch cabinet exceeds the limit will reduce the service life of the insulation parts in the cabinet,reduce the insulation level,serious temperature rise exceeds the standard will make the high voltage switch cabinet internal short circuit and other faults.Therefore,according to the cases of the actual heating of different types of high voltage switchgear exceeding the standard,this paper analyzes the reasons of the actual temperature rise exceeding the standard and puts forward relevant coping strategies,aiming to improve the comprehensive electrical performance and power supply and distribution reliability of the high voltage switchgear.
