The improvement of machinery management is proposed in response to the requirements of economic development,technological progress and continuous improvement of enterprise management efficiency.The mechanical management work needs to meet the actual needs,combine the working principle of mechanical management and actual work experience,and complete the fault cause analysis and fault removal.For example,the research on the cause of mechanical seal failure and failure prevention measures of centrifugal pump is to propose targeted control measures to improve the mechanical operation ability of centrifugal pump and ensure stable operation to achieve industrial production objectives.This paper analyzes the mechanical seal failure and control measures of centrifugal pump,and systematically demonstrates the common failure and control methods.
