While reducing labor costs,they have also improved the level of intelligence and improved the controllability and consistency of products.Today,with the improvement of production technology,people's requirements for vehicles are increasingly diversified and personalized,leading to a shift in vehicle production to a highly flexible aspect.In order to meet these requirements,welding parts enterprises are also exploring more economical and efficient flexible ways.This paper analyzes the factors that affect the welding quality in the process of body welding repair by studying the welding technology and method of automobile body,and puts forward the supervision and control plan for automobile welding.
