输煤系统煤尘综合治理方法研究

Research on Comprehensive Treatment of Coal Dust in Coal Handling System

在燃煤电站生产过程中,输煤系统承担着燃煤的卸载、贮存、输送、破碎处理等功能。由于输煤系统流程长、转运环节多,在实际运行中,粉尘污染问题较为突出,给系统运行和人员健康等都带来了很大的负面影响。因此必须根据输煤系统出现的具体问题,通过科学合理的技术手段加以分析并处理,从而促进燃煤电厂的长期安全稳定运行。文中对目前输煤系统的运营状况做了专门分析,并以存在的问题为导向,提出了完善意见,以高效处理输煤系统中的粉尘问题。

In the production process of coal-fired power stations,the coal handling system is responsible for unloading,storage,transportation,crushing and processing of coal.Due to the long process and many transfer links of the coal handling system,the dust pollution problem is more prominent in the actual operation,which has brought great negative effects on the system operation and personnel health.Therefore,it is necessary to analyze and deal with the specific problems in the coal handling system through scientific and reasonable technical means,so as to promote the long-term safe and stable operation of coal-fired power plants.It is for this reason that this paper makes a special analysis of the current operation of the coal handling system,and puts forward some improvement suggestions based on the existing problems,so as to be beneficial to the efficient treatment of dust problems in the coal handling system.
