为了延长机组应用寿命,应在理论和实践角度探究影响水轮机泥沙磨损的因素,并分析出抗磨损的应对举措,在此背景之下,指出水轮机泥沙磨损带来的不利影响,并从提高材料耐磨性,优化水利设计等方面提出一些完善建议。

In order to better extend the service life of the unit,it is necessary to explore the factors affecting the sediment abrasion of the hydraulic turbine from the perspective of theory and practice,and analyze the countermeasures against abrasion.Under this background,this paper points out the adverse effects brought by the sediment abrasion of the hydraulic turbine,and puts forward some improvement suggestions in improving the wear resistance of materials and optimizing the hydraulic design.
