一种实现MBus通信的方法

摘要 仪表总线Mbus(Meter Bus)是一种欧洲的2线制总线标准,广泛应用于消耗类测量仪器,如热表和水表等。它具备传输距离远、抗干扰能力强、总线自供电等优点,是目前远程抄表系统应用的最好的总线标准。通常采集终端需要配备专用的MBus接口芯片才能实现MBus通信。基于此,设计了一种不采用专用的MBus接口芯片,而是通过单片机STM32F407自带的串口和ADC模块来模拟MBus总线数据收发的方法。经现场测试表明,使用该方法,能实现与测量仪器的稳定通信,且无异常。 Meter Bus is a European 2-wire bus standard,which is widely used in consumer measuring instruments,such as heat meters and water meters.It has the advantages of long transmission distance,strong anti-interference ability and bus self-power supply,and is the best bus standard for remote meter reading system at present.Generally,the acquisition terminal needs to be equipped with a dedicated MBus interface chip to achieve MBus communication.This paper designs a method to simulate the data receiving and sending of MBus bus through the serial port and ADC module of STM32F407,instead of using the special MBus interface chip.The field test shows that the method can achieve stable communication with the measuring instrument without abnormality.
