摘要
文章以毛家食品中的酱类产品包装作为研究对象,主要针对毛家特色食品的包装和食用形式进行研究,在不改变毛家食品味道的基础上进行创新,以打造速食为新的载体,结合当代年轻人的生活方式和饮食习惯,使其更加现代化。将传统的地方特色食品融入到新兴的食品形式中,使其在保留地方味道的同时更加年轻化,并对毛家酱类食品的发展与传承进行探索,以期以新的形式出现在年轻人视野中。
This article takes the packaging of sauce products in Maojia food as the research object,mainly studies the packaging and eating forms of Maojia special food,and innovates on the basis of not changing the taste of Maojia food.Taking instant food as a new carrier,it combines the lifestyle and eating habits of contemporary young people to make it more modern.Integrate traditional local specialty food into emerging food forms to make it more youthful while retaining the local taste,and explore the development and inheritance of Maojiajiang food in order to appear in the eyes of young people in a new form middle.
