摘要 疫情常态化情况下基于公共区域的特定人群的防疫需求,探讨服务型机器人设计理论及方案设计。通过市场调研,结合实际案例、疫情防控背景,采用新思维、新方法,并结合运用KJ模型卡、模糊层次分析法(FAHP)及权重计算,推导服务型机器人的设计要素及表达形式。最终基于数据分析,在公共区域的防疫机器人设计需要的防疫功能、信息交互、行动模式及造型外观上做符合对应,得出设计方案的可行性与研究价值,并且设计出一款符合当前情景下的防疫需求的酒店公共区域防疫机器人。 Under the normalization of the epidemic situation,based on the epidemic prevention needs of specific groups of people in public areas,the design theory and program design of service robots are discussed.Through market research,combined with actual cases and the background of epidemic prevention and control,new thinking and new methods are adopted,and KJ model cards,fuzzy analytic hierarchy process(FAHP)and weight calculation are used to deduce the design elements and expression forms of service robots.Finally,based on the data analysis,the anti-epidemic function,information interaction,action mode and appearance of the anti-epidemic robot in the public area need to be matched,and the feasibility and research value of the design plan are obtained,and a robot that meets the current situation is designed.Anti-epidemic robots in public areas of hotels for anti-epidemic needs.
