己亥年司天方临床验案探析

Analysis of the Consilia of Fuhe Decoction in the Year of Jihai

五运六气学说是以中医理论为基础,研究天时气候变化规律以及考察天道气化对人体、疾病影响的一门学说,其核心内容体现了中医学“天人合一”“从天而治”的整体观念。2019年为己亥年,己亥年运气特点为厥阴风木司天,少阳相火在泉,岁运土运不及。宋代陈无择所创三因司天方敷和汤为己亥年运气方,有培土泻火平木之功,主治岁土不及,土虚木乘。现基于五运六气理论探析己亥年的运气特点,运用司天方敷和汤加减治疗呃逆、眩晕、水肿临床验案3则,与同道共享。

The doctrine of five evolutive phases and six climatic factors is based on the theory of traditional Chinese medicineto study the laws of climate change and the influence of Tiandao gasification on human body and diseases,its core content is the holistic view of"Harmony between Man and Nature"and"Treatment from Nature".2019 is the year of Jihai.The characteristic of Yunqiin the Jihai Year is mainly about spleen deficiency and liver hyperactivity.The San Yin Si Tian FangFuhe Decoction created by CHEN Wu-ze In Song Dynasty can"Tonifye spleen,Purge kidney and Calm liver".This paper introduces the characteristics of Yunqi in the year of Jihai,and three consilias of hiccup,vertigo and headache treated with modified Sitian Decoction Fuhe Decoctionwhich has obtained good curative effect to introduce the experience for reference.
