国医大师刘尚义运用“从膜论治”理论治疗结直肠癌的临床经验

Clinical Experience of TCM Master LIU Shang-yi in Treatment of Colorectal Cancerwith the Theory of"Treating from the Membrane"

“从膜论治”是国医大师刘尚义提出的理论,认为“在内之膜,犹如在外之肤”,故体内一些空腔脏器肿瘤,如将其外翻,则犹如外在皮肤之疮疡,结直肠癌则适用于此理论。刘尚义认为肠癌的发生与气、血、痰、湿、热毒有关,临床中常将一些外治疮疡之法用于治疗结直肠癌,以活血化瘀、软坚散结、清热解毒、行气燥湿、补益扶正、疏表祛风为常用治则治法。现浅析刘尚义“从膜论治”理论在结直肠癌中的运用,期望能对中医药防治肿瘤提供一些思路。

"Treating from the membrane"is a theory puts forward by LIU Shang-yi,a master of traditional Chinese medicine.He believes that"the inner membrane is like the outer skin",so some cavity organ tumors in the body,if turned out,are like external skin,and colorectal cancer is suitable for this theory.LIU Shang-yi thinksthat the occurrence of intestinal cancer is related to the qi,blood,phlegm,wet,heat-toxin.Some treatments for the skin and external diseases are used in the colorectal cancer,such as activating blood circulation to dissipate blood stasis,dissipating mass,clearing away heat andtoxic materials,promoting qi circulation to remove dampness,benifiting and supporting,clearing the surface and dispelling the wind.This paper analyzes the use of LIU Shang-yi's"treating from the membrane"theory in colorectal cancer to provide some ideas for the prevention and treatment of cancer in traditional Chinese medicine.
