基于数据挖掘探讨中药外用治疗痤疮后红斑及色素沉着的用药规律

Based on Data Mining to Explore the Medication Rrule of Traditional Chinese Medicine for External Use of Post-acne Erythema and Pigmentation

目的:分析中药外用治疗痤疮后红斑及色素沉着的用药规律。方法:检索中国知网数据库、万方数据库、维普中文科技期刊数据库中的文献,采用Excel建立药物数据库,通过关联规则和聚类分析对筛选出的药物进行分析。结果:采用中药外用治疗痤疮后红斑及色素沉着的高频药物为白芷、当归、茯苓、丹参等,所用药物多为辛温之品,药物组合关联支持度最高者为茯苓-白及,聚类分析分为两类。结论:通过数据挖掘技术,分析出了中药外用治疗痤疮后红斑及色素沉着的核心用药并得出了新方,为临床应用提供了参考依据。

Objective:To analyze the medication rrule of traditional Chinese medicine for external use in the treatment of post-acne erythema and pigmentation.Methods:The literature in CNKI database,Wanfang database,and Weipu Chinese science and technology journal database was searched,and the drug database was established by EXCEL,and the selected drugs were analyzed through association rules and cluster analysis.Results:The high-frequency drugs used to treat post-acne erythema and hyperpigmentation with traditional Chinese medicine were angelica dahurica,angelica sinensis,poria cocos,salvia miltiorrhiza,etc.The drugs used were more pungent and warm,and the drug combination with the highest correlation support is Poria coco-Baiji,which is divided into 2 categories by cluster analysis.Conclusion:This study uses data mining technology to analyze the core medications for external use of traditional Chinese medicine in the treatment of post-acne erythema and hyperpigmentation and arrive at a new prescription,which provides a reference for clinical application.
