火针联合308nm准分子光治疗稳定期白癜风的疗效观察及对T淋巴细胞亚群的影响

Efficacy Observation of Fire Needle Combined with 308 nm Excimer Light in the Treatment of Stable Vitiligo and Its Effect on T Lymphocyte Subsets

摘要 目的:观察火针联合308 nm准分子光治疗稳定期白癜风的临床疗效及对T淋巴细胞亚群的影响。方法:将60例局限型稳定期白癜风患者随机分成2组,观察组予火针联合308 nm准分子光治疗;对照组予他克莫司软膏联合308 nm准分子光治疗,2组疗程均为12周。疗程结束后根据《黄褐斑和白癜风的诊疗标准》进行疗效判定。结果:治疗12周后观察组和对照组总有效率分别为96.67%、86.67%,显效率分别为76.67%、53.33%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);疗程结束后,观察组CD3^(+)、CD4^(+)水平及CD4^(+)/CD8^(+)比值均上升,CD8^(+)水平下降,与治疗前及对照组比较,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:火针联合308 nm准分子光治疗稳定期白癜风起效时间短、疗效肯定,并可促进T细胞增殖与分化,对患者的免疫功能有一定的调节作用,值得临床推广。 Objective:To observe the clinical efficacy of fire needle combined with 308 nm excimer light in the treatment of stable vitiligo and its effect on T lymphocyte subsets.Methods:60 patients with localized stable vitiligo were divided into two groups,the observation group was treated with fire needle combined with 308 nm excimer light;the control group was treated with tacrolimus ointment combined with 308 nm excimer light,and the treatment course of both groups were 12 weeks.After the course of treatment,the curative effect was judged according to the Diagnosis and Treatment Standards of Chloasma and Vitiligo.Results:After 12 weeks of treatment,the total effective rate of the observation group and the control group were 96.67%and 86.67%respectively,and the excellence rate were 76.67%and 53.33%respectively,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After the course of treatment,the levels of CD3^(+)、CD4^(+)and CD4^(+)/CD8^(+)in the observation group were increased,and the CD8^(+)level decreased compared with before treatment and the control group,the difference were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusions:Fire needle combined with 308 nm excimer light has a short onset time and positive effect on stable vitiligo.It can promote the proliferation and differentiation of T cells,and has a regulatingeffect on the immune function of patients.It is worthy of clinical promotion.
