高校如何服务国家重点经济战略,培养更多的高素质创新创业人才,引领社会进步与发展,备受关注。以江西中医药大学为例,通过对高校大学生创业能力培养现状和大学生创业面临的困难分析,从营造浓厚创业校园氛围、优化创业指导教师队伍及评价体系、强化学科优势与创新创业资源的转化、打造科技型创新创业实践教育平台四个方面进行了高校大学生创业能力培养研究,为高校加速推进学科优势与创新创业教育资源的转化,构建系统科学的创新创业教育培养体系,培养出真正的高素质创新创业人才提供参考。

How colleges and universities serve the national key economic strategy,cultivate more high-quality innovative and entrepreneurial talents,and lead social progress and development has attracted much attention.Taking Jiangxi University of Chinese Medicine as an example,through the analysis of the current situation of college students'entrepreneurial ability cultivation and the difficulties faced by college students'entrepreneurship,this paper conducted a research on college students'entrepreneurial ability cultivation from four aspects:creating a strong entrepreneurial campus atmosphere,optimizing the entrepreneurial instructor team and evaluation system,strengthening the transformation of discipline advantages and innovation and entrepreneurship resources,and building a scientific and technological innovation and entrepreneurship practice education platform.It provides reference for colleges and universities to accelerate the transformation of discipline advantages and innovation and entrepreneurship education resources,build a systematic and scientific innovation and entrepreneurship education training system,and cultivate truly high-quality innovation and entrepreneurship talents.
